Natural Pebble Character

The shell is cut from full-grain American bison leather with a semi-naked black finish. Rather than appearing mechanically uniform, the surface displays broad pebbling, smaller grain clusters and naturally irregular texture across different panels. These variations are expected characteristics of the hide and help make each vest visually individual.

Bison leather begins with rugged structure but becomes more flexible as it responds to movement and regular wear. The semi-naked treatment leaves its natural grain visible instead of concealing it beneath a heavy opaque coating. Notched Frontier Tailoring

Broad leather lapels frame the deep neckline and form a defined notch on each side. Four Buffalo Nickel-style snap closures run down the center front, adding recognizable American Western hardware without overpowering the clean monochrome finish.

Two angled welt hand pockets provide convenient exterior access, while a small watch-loop detail near the lower pocket area references traditional waistcoat construction. Narrow leather piping follows the lapels, armholes, opening, side edges and hem. Tonal black stitching reinforces the principal seams while preserving the understated appearance.

Dual-Side Concealment Layout

Five pockets are arranged across the lined interior. Snap-secured concealed-carry compartments are positioned on both inner panels and use durable 310-denier nylon lining. A removable, adjustable universal-style retention system attaches through hook-and-loop fastening, allowing the internal arrangement to be removed when it is not required.

Everyday organization is supplied by two wallet pockets and one zippered pocket, making the interior useful for a phone, travel papers, keys and other personal items as well as lawful concealed-carry applications. The main body is backed with a soft 5 oz. cotton/polyester lining for smoother layering over a shirt.

Buckle-Back Silhouette

The rear is made entirely from bison leather rather than switching to a fabric waistcoat panel. A broad shoulder yoke drops into a shallow center point, followed by a central vertical seam and shaped side panels that give the back a balanced, closer profile.

An adjustable leather cinch belt crosses the lower back and fastens through a metal buckle. Reinforced triangular tabs secure both ends of the strap. The adjustment can refine the waist shape, although it is not intended to replace choosing the correct chest size.

There are no rear pockets, fringe panels or side laces. This leaves a clean surface for professionally installed patches, embroidery or commissioned leather artwork. A leather specialist should handle customization to protect the full-grain hide, lining and internal storage areas.

• Bison shell: Remove dust with a soft dry cloth. Apply a small amount of conditioner formulated for full-grain leather only after testing it inside the hem.
• Semi-naked finish: Keep away from prolonged rain, alcohol, household cleaners and direct heat. Blot moisture promptly and allow natural air-drying.
• Fabric lining: Air after wear and spot-clean sparingly without saturating the leather behind it.
• Nylon compartments: Empty before cleaning and wipe lightly with a dry or barely damp cloth.
• Snaps and buckle: Remove moisture with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive metal polish near the black hide.
• Rear strap: Store the cinch relaxed and hang the vest on a broad-shouldered hanger to preserve its shape.
